To ensure effective on-sales positioning to maximise sales and improve productivity by efficient control of expenses to control profits. To lead and manage a team of young team members in meeting the standards on the retail floor. |

| Requirements : | |
|
At least 2 years experience as a Department Head/ Manager in a hypermarket/ supermarket or departmental store or are currently assisting a Department Head. A proven track record in implementing plans and strategies to maximise sales and execute promotional activities in your work area. Able to work long hours and irregular hours, i.e public holidays and shift work. |
