| Responsibilities | |

Manage the Security for the outlet. Review, recommend and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure that company employees, assets and properties are well protected. Identify threats and recommends risk prevention measures. Prevent losses due to pilferage by determining and implementing Security sechedule on 24 hour day coverage. Manage contracted security personnel and ensure that all cases of employee violations to company policies and procedures, property loss, and accidents are promptly reported to management. Coordinate/ Provide training to contracted security personnel in order for them to be well informed and equipped to handle their assignment. Participate in administrative investigation involving violations on security policies. |

|
Must be a Diploma or Degree holder in related discipline. 5-10 years of experience in the management of security. Good oral/ written communication skills. Able to plan, organize and supervise security personnel and able to relate with all the levels in the organizations. Sound judgement and decision making skills with a 'hands on' problem solving approach, able to remain under pressure and take control of all security and emergency related incidents. Able to use good judgements during emergency/ critical situations. Preferably male, 40 years and above. |
