- 100g margarine
- 100g brown sugar
- 2½ bananas
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 100g self-raising flour
- 2 eggs
| - Microwave the margarine for 30 seconds or until its melted
- Add 1½ cut of bananas and mash them with a fork
- Add the sugar, cinnamon, self-raising flour and eggs, then mix well
- Top the mix with 1 whole ripe banana that’s cut into little circles
- Microwave for 8 minutes and serve
