Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cake

INGREDIENTS
| 2 packs | Oat 25 Ten Grains |
| 100g | 3 Apples - Brown Sugar |
| 1 tsp | Cinnamon Powder |
| 2 tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| 100g | Instant Oat |
| 100g | Cake Flour |
| 30g | Butter |
DIRECTIONS
| 1 | Grate peeled apples in a large bowl. |
| 2 | Add sugar and fresh lemon juice, mix them well and set aside. |
| 3 | In a separate bowl mix Julie's Oat 25 Ten grains crumbs, cake flour and oats. |
| 4 | Preheat oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes. |
| 5 | For the first cake layer: grate some cold butter on the bottom of the pan, sprinkle 3-4 tablespoons of the oat mixture, then lightly press. Evenly spread 1/3 of the shredded apples with the juice. Repeat the same process 2 more times. |
| 6 | Finely, grate some cold butter on top of the cake. |
| 7 | Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown on top. |
| 8 | Let the cake sit about 20 mins for cooling, release from the mold and cool it completely. |
