Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cake

2 packsOat 25 Ten Grains
100g3 Apples - Brown Sugar
1 tspCinnamon Powder
2 tbspLemon Juice
100gInstant Oat
100gCake Flour


1Grate peeled apples in a large bowl.
2Add sugar and fresh lemon juice, mix them well and set aside.
3In a separate bowl mix Julie's Oat 25 Ten grains crumbs, cake flour and oats.
4Preheat oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes.
5For the first cake layer: grate some cold butter on the bottom of the pan, sprinkle 3-4 tablespoons of the oat mixture, then lightly press. Evenly spread 1/3 of the shredded apples with the juice. Repeat the same process 2 more times.
6Finely, grate some cold butter on top of the cake.
7Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown on top.
8Let the cake sit about 20 mins for cooling, release from the mold and cool it completely.
