INGREDIENTS

250 mlDutch Lady Full Cream Milk
1 pcsRipe Avocado
1 tpsSugar

DIRECTIONS

1Peel the fruit and discard the avocado pit.
2Put an avocado and a bit of sugar in a blender.
3Add a glass (250ml) of Dutch Lady Milk.
4Blend everything together until smooth, creamy and serve cold.
