Easy Bake Egg & Sausage Muffins

INGREDIENTS

8Eggs
200gSausage or ground meat
1 cupCheddar cheese
Salt and pepper To taste
Bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, spinach Optional

DIRECTIONS

1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2Brown the sausage (or ground meat) in oil and drain it after.
3Beat eggs in a bowl. Add the sausages (or ground meat), cheese, salt, pepper, and mix well.
4Pour the mixture into a greased full size muffin pan ⅔ full.
5Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Use toothpick to check for doneness.
