Open Egg Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
| 2pcs | Large eggs, beaten |
| 1 | Multigrain bread, toasted |
| 1 tbsp | Parsley, chopped |
| 1 tbsp | Fresh chives, chopped |
| 3-4 | Cherry tomatoes, cut into halve |
| 2 tbsp | Butter |
| 1 tsp | Oil |
| Salt and white pepper, to taste |
DIRECTIONS
| 1 | Heat oil over medium heat. |
| 2 | Melt butter, add eggs, and stir for about 30 seconds until it starts setting around the edges. |
| 3 | Add chives and fold eggs until it becomes fluffy. Set for about 2-3 minutes more. |
| 4 | Place it on top of the toasted bread |
| 5 | Add the cut tomatoes and parsley. |
