Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie
This power-packed breakfast is the perfect way to start your day!
|1 cup||Frozen berries|
|½||Banana - peeled, sliced and frozen|
|¾ cup||2% Greek yoghurt|
|¼ cup||2% milk|
|2 tbsp||Peanut butter|
|½ tsp||Vanilla extract|
|Kosher salt, to taste|
|1||Blend all ingredients until smooth, for about a minute.|
|3||For pre-pack version, portion the ingredients in several airtight plastic bags.|
|4||Store in the freezer until you’re ready to blend.|
If you want to have some greens in your smoothie, try adding spinach or broccoli.
