Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie

1 cupFrozen berries
½Banana - peeled, sliced and frozen
¾ cup2% Greek yoghurt
¼ cup2% milk
2 tbspPeanut butter
½ tspVanilla extract
Kosher salt, to taste


1Blend all ingredients until smooth, for about a minute.
2Serve immediately.
3For pre-pack version, portion the ingredients in several airtight plastic bags.
4Store in the freezer until you’re ready to blend.
If you want to have some greens in your smoothie, try adding spinach or broccoli.
