1 cupCoconut milk
2 tspVanilla extract
1 tspSugar
A pinchGround nutmeg,
¼ tspGround cinnamon
Nuts (Optional)
Dried fruits (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

1Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
2Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until quinoa is fluffed.
3Add toppings of your choice.
To enhance the flavour, add fresh blueberries into the mix.
