Sirup Bandung Cupcakes

4 SlicesAll-purpose Flour
1 CupSugar
1 TbspSalt
1 TbspBaking Powder
1/2 TbspBaking Soda
1 CupButtermilk
1 CupButter, softened
1 TbspRose Extract
4 pcsEggs


1Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2Add in eggs one at a time, then add rose extract and mix until well combined.
3Add in salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
4Add in the flour and buttermilk, alternating both ingredients. Finish off with flour and mix until its fully incorporated (don’t over-mix).
5Pour the batter in the cupcake liners and bake for 18-22 minutes at 180 Celsius or until the skewer comes clean.
