|Dried White Snow Fungus (soaked in water until soft & cut)|
|Dried Lotus Seeds|
|Dried Lily Buds|
|1||In a slow cooker add the water, and set to high.|
|2||Rinse red dates, goji, lotus seeds and lily buds under running water. Add into the cooker.|
|3||Next, add in the fungus and let it simmer for 4 hours, adding the rock sugar to taste until it dissolves.|
|4||Serve it cold or warm.|
