Spicy Beef Pasta

250gMinced Beef
3-4 clovesGarlic
1 tbspFenugreek, pounded
1/2 tbspCoriander Seeds, pounded
1 1/2 tbspBlended Chilli
1/2Chopped Onion
1/4 cupChopped Fresh Parsley
1/4Chopped Cabbage
3 tbspOlive Oil
1/2 tbspSalt
3 pcsBoiled Eggs


1Boil pasta and cook as per instructions on the package. Once cooked, place it in a colander and save some boiling water
2Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown. Set aside
3Using the same pan, fry onion and minced beef followed by pounded fenugreek and coriander seeds. Stir in the blended chilli and let it cook until the chilli and oil separates.
4Add in the cooked pasta and cabbage. Season with salt and mix it well. Top it off with chopped parsley.
5Serve the dish with sautéed garlic and boiled eggs.
